So whats the deal?

Im just wondering why some people go mental about there mouse having to have 500htz I've had a DeathAdder running at 500htz an a Intelli 3.0 running at 125htz an honestly I cant tell the difference, but to some people 500htz is a must...
Just wondering what the deal is?

I guess it seems slightly more reactive to some people. Like headsets and configs it's a personal preference.
